Order Processing: 1–3 business days. Each Velume™ order is carefully prepared, quality-checked, and packaged before dispatch.
Shipping Time: 5–8 business days within the United States.

- US territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and more
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses accepted when supported by the carrier
We deliver straight to your preferred address whenever carrier service is available.

- We honor all cancellation emails received within 6 hours, even if not yet confirmed
After 6 hours, orders enter fulfillment. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for assistance.
